Sire: Scott Creek Standing Ovation (Res. Nat. Ch.)
Dam: Whispering Firs Princess Ann

Mike is a multi supreme champion in both the USA and the UK. He was the UK AMHA National Champion Stallion in 2005 and Res. Supreme AMHA Horse 2005 beaten by our own After Dark Desires.

Mike is producing some beautiful babies for us and they are all doing well in the showring, most of them taking supreme titles even as youngsters. His pedigree is a breeder's dream reading like a who's who of the AMHA studbook. It is loaded with national champions and champion producers top and bottom with Sierra Dawn Unos Monarch, Brewers Orion Mystic, Shadow Oaks Paul Bunyan, Skip A Star, Uno De Mayo, to name but a few.

We imported Magnum from America where he had achieved much success including Western Region Champion and multiple supremes along the West Coast. In his only show season in the UK he had a staggering record of notching up over 15 championship titles, earning him over 7,000 High Points, which still remains an unbeaten record with the MHCGB.

He ended the season by winning his class at the most revered event of the year within the big horse calendar - the Horse of the Year Show. In front of 8,000 spectators he entered the main arena and was chosen by  AMHA carded judge Michael Goodwin from New Zealand.

People cannot believe that Magnum is 15 years old now, he looks so energetic and is still so refined and in good shape. He competes in the occassional driving class against large horses and took the title of the Blue Chip Scottish Festival of Champions  Driving horse 2008.

In 2009 Magnum was used by the prestigious driving company Bennington Carriages, as a practice model for their new range of mini carts. He was honored with having that range named after him - thank you team Bennington!
